FAQ
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
The retainer fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 7 days notice and we can apply your retainer to a new date, subject to our availability.
Do you travel, and is there a travel fee?
Yes, we love to travel! Travel within Kolkata is included. Locations outside this area may incur a travel fee to cover mileage, and potentially accommodation/flights, which will be specified in your custom quote.
What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
For outdoor sessions, we will monitor the forecast. In the event of heavy rain or severe weather, we will reschedule at the earliest mutually available date. For minor weather like light drizzle, we can discuss proceeding with an umbrella or moving to an indoor/covered location.
